Who we are
We are a team at Scania Project Office leading projects that develop Scania Electric System, involving hardware, software and functions. With Scania 's success in mind, we work together in a project umbrella structure, using our great mix of backgrounds, experiences, and competencies to exchange support with each other and find the best solutions together. We currently have different interesting openings within our area, both as project managers for your project and for project management in pair with another experienced project manager. While leading the development of Scania modular electric architecture, for instance, driver interface, connectivity and cyber security, we lead projects that bring cutting-edge technology development and functions to our customers.
Your profile
We are looking for creative persons, who find solutions and motivate others to deliver excellent results. You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist. You have a relevant education from the university, experience in product development and several years of project management and/or line management positions at Scania. To be successful, you have a technical background within the area of embedded systems as well as experience from working within Scania 's Product Development Process. We believe you have excellent servant leadership skills and can handle complex situations within your project.
As a person, you are engaged, curious and well-structured. You focus on your team's well-being and performance, securing that the team fills the gaps needed for solution and value delivery. With your eminent communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in various positions within the company. You must be comfortable presenting and facilitating larger groups in English (written and oral).
