For our Business Area Europe, as part of the European Contact center team, we are after a Project manager to support the Contact center managers in reaching these objectives by accomplishing project objectives and planning project activities, evaluating implementation and progress. Breaking the Europe region into 9 clusters, Contact center team operates in all of the 9 clusters, where you will interact with the local Contact Center Managers. The Contact Center project manager role is about an excellent understanding of consumer service and contact center activities where your project management skills will drive our fast development to create an outstanding consumer experience and deliver on commercial solutions through our teams. You will take responsibility for establishing initial plans and project structures during all assigned tasks. Communication and co-ordination with multiple stakeholder groups will be key to successfully execute these projects.This is a full-time position based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm/Stadshagen where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we're quite happy with the look and feel of the office! You should expect travelling mainly across Europe for approx. 20% of the time. A regular day at work * Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements * Identify resources and assign responsibilities * Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s). * Competent in required project methodology and an expert on consumer service and contact center activities * Ensuring effective communications and planning occurs between the Consumer Service organization and clusters- regular status reporting back to the European Contact Center manager * Tracking and management of budgets and timelines associated with projects assigned Who you are International.
