• Lead research project team to define research objectives & problems, identify research methodology, define research tools, gather & analyze data and report conclusions for medical simulation project.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, plan and manage schedules, manage risks, and resolve issues. Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage client relationships.
• Analyze current business processes, design improvements, communicate and facilitate implementation of changes.
• Develop and implement marketing plans.
• Create and update marketing materials and presentations. Update web content.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Independent, responsible, and strategic individual with proven business savvy and ability to manage complex international projects with experience in N. American & European markets.
• Experience in both small business/start-ups and large corporations.
• B.S. in computer science or engineering.
• 7 or more years of project management experience in software development, plus 2 or more years of marketing management experience.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner with solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working and building relationships with international clients & partners and managing cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding organization skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating at all levels in an organization.
• Writes and speaks fluently in English, elementary proficiency in Swedish.
• Able to travel periodically to meet with partners and clients.
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project & Liquid Planner).
• Experience with digital marketing tools & social media channels (e.g. Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn).
• Experience with ideation/creation of digital marketing materials including video.
• Video production experience- camera, audio, editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop).
• PMP training and familiarity with PMP practices.
