We are looking for a new colleague to be part of our platform transformation program to accelerate the growth by enabling the next generation products and services for our customers. As a Senior Project Manager for Data Management Development, you will be a part of a Nordic team in Data & Analytics unit.
THE ROLE
As a Project Manager you will drive initiatives within Data management and:
- Manage the scope, budget and the delivery plan
- Set a clear direction, ensuring effectiveness and quality
- Coordinate, execute and ensure delivery and maintain the documentation in our collaboration tools
You understand agile development processes, business needs and are a skilled communicator with the ability to energize and engage the people around you.
This is a full-time position with placement at one of our offices in the Nordic.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for you who have several years' relevant experience in agile product development projects. You have both interest and experience working with service development and data management related projects. Here you will drive different projects with varying complexity. It is important that you have experience managing stakeholders and handling dependencies professionally. You thrive driving initiatives with various business, data management, analytics, software development and other service development stakeholders.
We value your experience from modern ways of working with agile approach and frameworks but also from traditional project management methods. Your experience allows you to work effectively with people with experience in the varying approaches and optimize how to work to deliver the most value together with all of them.
In addition to above you have:
- Strong and demonstrated experience in driving or managing data pipeline development, particularly from the business value point of view
- Solid experience from using Atlassian application suite (Confluence, JIRA)
- Good knowledge of SAFe methodology and leading SAFe
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good coaching and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive the team and its stakeholders for results
- Ability to work with the English language in cross-border Nordic teams
