Job Description
We are looking for an experienced project manager within business change to our client, in banking and finance. They have initiated a core system transformation project with the goal to replace a core banking system. The project will consist of work streams covering the operational needs from product and process perspectives, and also work streams that handle the entire project process from requirements definition, design, development and testing, to ensuring sufficient business readiness.
This request relates to the role as project manager for the business change work stream. The tasks and responsibilities for this role includes the following:
• Responsible for change management within the transformation project, which includes development of change strategy and planning, and follow-up of business change related activities.
• Responsible for planning and implementation of all training initiatives within the transformation project.
• Responsible for implementation of all changed business processes, driven by the transformation.
• Responsible for identification and updating of all business process related documentation, which could be changes to policies, instructions, process descriptions etc.
• Responsible for all communication, which includes communication within the transformation project, with internal stakeholders and towards external vendors and stakeholders.
• Resource management within the work stream.

Admission and Application
Full-time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start immediately, and is expected to run for 1 year, with possible extension.
