hela Sverige As a Project Leader - Automotive, you will lead the technical team consisting of automotive engineer team members, but also of suppliers.
You will establish the technical solution for your component in line and project organization.
You will be the technical contact for all issues related to the component.
Further, you will secure the final product through quality assuring actions such as FMEA, design reviews and test planning.
The timeframe will always be essential in your work, you will, among other tasks, secure that design prerequisites are developed in time and fulfilled during component sourcing. The follow up on the budget for the component development will also be on your responsibility.

You have experience from working as project or team leader, preferably within automotive and you are a person who like to make things happen!
You are strongly self-driven and have a result- and business-oriented mind-set.
You have a good sense-of-urgency and it comes natural for you to create new relations and maintain them for the best outcome.
You have the ability to motivate others to reach the common goal.
Further, you always keep a structured way of doing things and are good at documentation.
Experience from software or hardware design for automotive will be considered a benefit as well as knowledge of automotive System.
You like to be service-minded and helpful, to be able to work independently but find joy in discussing with your colleagues!
