About the job
MAN Cryo's Order Management department are currently looking for a Project Execution Manager to join us in our Gothenburg office.As a Project manager you will be responsiblefor the delivery of Land and Marine project with a value of between 20Msek - 60Msek and a project life cycle of 12-18 months.We offer a position where you will be involved from contract signature until the system is commissioned and operational..Our market is global and traveling is normal for us.
Job responsibilities
• Execution of projects within budget and schedule.
• Managing the project scope of supply including change control management.
• Lead and manage projects following MAN's Project model.
• Continuous improvement by reporting lessons learned throughout the project.
• Manage project communications to internal and external stakeholders with the project team Procurement Management together with the Project Procurement Team.
• Management of the projects QHSE requirements
• Pro-active risk management & mitigation.
• Internal and external progress reporting. .
• Monitor payment milestones and related costs including EAC forecasting in collaboration with Project Cost Controller.
• Project Schedule Management together with the Project Scheduler including progress reporting and mitigation. ..
• Lead the project team to a successful project completion.
• Assist in developing Order Managements processes and procedures.
Qualifications
• 5-10 years Project Execution Experience
• Engineering or Technical background within gas or marine industry or similar.
• Entrepreneurial
• Experience in managing 3rdParties e.g. relating to PED or Marine Classification Societies
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Responsible and efficient
