LeanNova Engineering is a newly established engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden,created by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 employed more than 120 former Saab engineers with an average working experience of 15 years and we will continue to grow rapidly.
Position description
As a Project Engineer within Interior, you will be a part of the LeanNova Interior team, which is currently expanding. Experience and knowledge in complete vehicle development is our strength. We use a well-defined process that describes the work and assures high quality. We work in partnership with other engineering companies, such as Combitech.
We are now looking for a project engineer with experience from the vehicle industry. Rear seat and luggage compartment development are two areas were we see a upcoming need, but other areas needs to grow as well. Since we have several customers who needs support in interior development, there are possibilities to work in Shanghai, China for 4-8 months and then be positioned in Trollhättan.
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 5 years work experience within Interior development
• Knowledge regarding plastic design and plastic materials
• Lightweight design , sandwich concepts
• Knowledge in Aqustic treatments
• Competence to develop requirements
• English in speech and writing
• Good team player/communicator
