We are looking for you who have a great passion for project and change management, love to coach, lead development, drive change and think that the consulting role is exciting and developing. As a person, you are curious about new areas, have a desire to develop yourself and others as well as a basic technical understanding of customers' digital challenges.

What does the role look like?
As a consultant at Nexer, you will be given great responsibility and many opportunities. In your consulting role, you will be responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects and/or programs. The design of the assignments varies depending on the customer and what skills you have. Our customers are in different industries and we want to offer our customers industry-specific expertise.
Who are you?
You have many years of experience in business and/or IT-related project management, preferably based on some project methodology. Many of our customers are going through an agile transformation, so we are happy to see that you have experience of, and want to, work agile.
We place great value on business acumen and a customer-oriented attitude. You are passionate about helping the customer succeed and have a technical understanding that you can benefit from in your assignments. A pragmatic attitude and willingness to work in change are good conditions for success with us.

We are looking for you who have:
• At least 5 years of work experience as a project manager and/or agile leader
• Documented experience in IT and digitization as well as technical know-how and interest
• Relevant university degree as a civil engineer, systems or computer scientist, or equivalent
• Good leadership skills, communication skills and high social ability
• Driven by creating teams that deliver value and results
• Great habit of meeting and workshop management, preparation and documentation
• Good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Merit:
• Certifications in agile working methods (eg SAFe, Scrum Master, PO) and project management (eg Prince2, PMP, IPMA)
• Experience from the consulting industry
• Background in development or another technical role
• Experience from Azure DevOps, Jira or similar systems
