Are you looking for a new challenge as a Programme Manager? Allocate Software is looking for an experienced Swedish and/or Danish speaking colleague to join their team to work in Denmark and who lives in either Sweden or Denmark.
Allocate Software has been designing innovative products to optimize complex organizations since 1991. Today we focus on delivering software tools to help healthcare institutions manage their staff safely and efficiently so that they can deliver exceptional care to all their patients. We have customers in 11 countries, with 800 000 people deployed using our software in over 800 organizations.
Your work assignments
The Programme Manager is initially responsible for leading the Allocate's program of activity in Denmark, working in collaboration with their partner Silkeborg Data. In this role you will have a close cooperation with colleagues and network in Denmark, Sweden and the UK. The Programme Manager will ensure the program is suitability resourced, manage the relationship at an operational level, institute the appropriate governance structure, ensure deliverables are met in line with project plans and budgets and engage all relevant stakeholders on both sides of the relationship (i.e., Allocate and the customer).
The Programme Manager is responsible of the following areas:
Customer management - act as the principal representative of Allocate in Denmark ensuring Allocate teams are fully connected with the customer to address and respond to their needs and requirements; including Product, R&D, Customer Success, Support and Client Services.
Cross functional team management - manage the cross-functional team tasked with delivering on the customers' requirements and acting as an escalation point for issues.
Coordination of Development teams - Quality Management of the team's deliverables and adherence to all Allocate development procedures and methodologies ensuring the product delivered meets or exceeds the agreed requirements.
Project Profitability & Commercial Management - responsible for ensuring commercial outcomes of the program are achieved, especially the operational processes etc.
Future opportunities - identifying additional business opportunities as they arise and engaging with the appropriate Allocate colleagues to define the best opportunity to the customer.
Project reporting - be responsible for regular and accurate reporting on activities and progress of programs.
Manage the commitments and required involvement of Product and Services - involve colleagues when participation is needed.
Key Performance Measures:
Customer deliverables - delivers against contractual requirements within defined timescales and budget.
Customer experience and satisfaction - achieves defined customer experience and satisfaction KPIs.
Risk limitation - known and unknown risks limited successfully through strong program governance and customer relationship.
Your background
To be the Programme Manager that we are looking for, we believe that you have at least four years of experience from a similar job and Project Management experience within the IT area and in a complex/larger organization. You should also have experience of managing commercial outcomes, building close relationships with both customers and colleagues and maintain warm leads etc.
We also believe that you are experienced with the use of LEAN, SIX SIGMA or KAIZEN and Microsoft Office (including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) to improve business outcomes. You should be able to travel around three trips per month especially to Denmark. Preferably you have a degree from the university or at least an education/taken courses in Business Administration and/or IT after high school. It is important that you communicate fluently in Swedish or Danish and English, both orally and in writing.

You have very good communication skills, excellent at building relationships both internal and external relationships and also that you are a team player, are solution oriented and a problem solver. As a person you have a positive attitude, flexible in order to meet goals and well structured. For the role, it is also important that you are structured, analytical and that you have decision making capabilities.
