Sobi is now recruiting to a position as Program Manager Serialization, Authentication and Track and Trace to External Manufacturing. As a Program Manager Serialization you will manage Sobi's Serialization, Authentication and Track and Trace program. This is an opportunity to be a part of an important and exciting project.
The position is based in Hornsberg, Stockholm.

Publiceringsdatum2015-11-12Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Program Manager Serialization you will manage Sobi's Serialization, Authentication and Track and Trace program. You will define and take responsibility for maintaining Sobi's Serialization/ Authentication Track and Trace strategy and implementation plan to fulfil market regulations and business requirements. You will ensure alignment of the strategy with legislations for relevant markets. Further you will manage project requirements, scope, schedule/plan, prioritization, quality, risks, decision logs, cost- and impact analyses, resources, and budget and ensure that execution of the program is conducted within time plan and budget at the right quality level.
As Program Manager Serialization your responsibilities will also include:
• manage a cross-functional project team of project managers (IS/IT, Supply chain, Artwork, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Packaging Operations/External Manufacturing, Commercial) for coordination and execution of all critical and strategic activities linked to Serialization/Authentication and Track and Trace.
• ensure that appropriate management support is built for the program and support the transformation of Sobi's organization to be prepared for future requirements and changed processes.
• lead the work with defining, developing and implementing new systems, processes and SOPs required across the organization related to serialization. Support the operational management after implementation and completion of the project.
• establish and maintain transparency regarding the status and issues for the program, making relevant information available to various stakeholders, including the Steering Committee for the program.
• manage implementation of serialization and aggregation at packaging Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO)
• collaborate with the Supply Chain partners for implementation of the serialization strategy.
• act as subject matter expert (SME) and process owner for serialization by continuously maintaining knowledge in the fields of serialization, authentication and track and trace requirements and technology.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The right candidate fulfills the following qualifications:
• university degree in Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Biochemistry, Supply Chain Management or other relevant area.
• minimum of 5 years relevant experience (pharmaceutical packaging, serialization and/or supply chain management).
• strong project management skills.
• knowledge in GS1 standards, serialization technology and regulations/guidelines.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Swedish).
To be successful in this role you possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. You are an enabler and experienced in independently plan and organize your work. Further you are communicative and have great interpersonal skills. The role requires that have the ability to handle many parallel tasks and have a high sense of responsibility.
