Program Manager for Digital Data Strategy should be able to start latest the last week in January, 2015, the Program Manager for Motion Creative latest beginning of May, 2015 and Program Managers for potential new programs should start latest end of January/beginning of February, 2015.
Hyper Island Programs overall aim and purpose is to graduate highly
employable and empowered individuals to function effectively in teams as leaders and/or co-workers, as well to hold high abilities in driving change and innovation, in the industry.
A Program Manager deliver the framework and facilitate the performance of learning to create rich and challenging learning experiences for participants, mainly within Hyper Island Program activities.
A Program Manager is responsible to:
• hands on facilitate the learning journey for individuals and teams within assigned learning concepts by having one to one meetings, by working with team follow up, by being a class leader and role model at class meetings, group meetings etc.
• project manage planning, execution and follow up of assigned learning concepts within Hyper Island Programs (i.e. Day Programs, Evening Programs and Summer Programs).
• work with the assigned learning concepts in a way that rhymes with the goal and purpose of Hyper Island as well as based on the Hyper Island Way (methodology).
• continuously perform innovation and development work for assigned learning concepts within Hyper Island Programs.
• make sure planning, execution and follow up of assigned learning
concepts are well documented to assure knowledge sharing and potential reusability.
• own the student experience at Hyper Island.
• plan, execute and facilitate assigned learning concepts in line with what has been agreed upon with clients and/or stakeholder, client and Agency for Higher Vocational Education.
• a certain extent (5-25% of full time) co-design and facilitate learning
concepts within Hyper Island Executive and/or be an active part in Hyper Island Programs development and innovation work beside the assigned learning concepts.
• be part of marketing work by providing information and insights about assigned learning concepts to the Marketing and Communication Team of Hyper Island as well as provide feedback on marketing strategies and tactics for the assigned learning concepts.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years full time experience within learning design,
methodology and/or process facilitation. Facilitation experiences
could be mentoring, coaching and such for individuals or teams
preferably on a long-term basis.
Speak and write English fluently.
Profound understanding of the experience-based and problem-based learning
Project management skills-sense of planning, organising, structuring and follow up.
