Job Purpose:
To work within the Program Management team acting as an interface between the business and the IT Development teams, plus external suppliers; to provide product and functional expertise in defining, clarifying and documenting business requirements, including success criteria and implementation plans; to manage, coordinate and track projects and activities, whilst reporting progress to the business and ultimately ensuring timely delivery; to manage the product backlog list of development projects, changes and incidents.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as a focal point and interface between IT Development and the markets/functional areas, and selected third parties where applicable, to understand, and where necessary define and document, the requirements and future functionality of the ODIGEO platform and any other related systems
• Act as the coordinator for your assigned project/product area(s), ensuring that all teams within IT are engaged and committed to a timely delivery, whilst ensuring all dependencies for a successful implementation have been considered and covered
• Manage projects from initial requirement gathering, through kick-off meetings and regular update meetings/calls, to final development and implementation, using initiative to intervene when/if a project or activity may or is delayed, whilst tracking and reporting progress to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis, highlighting issues or delays
• Ensure a thorough and accurate understanding of the ODIGEO websites, the products provided by the various external suppliers across all areas and the ODIGEO processes in order to provide input and advice to the markets/functional areas and to assist Development staff to understand requirements and to translate them into specifications
• Participate fully, when appropriate, in the business acceptance testing cycles for releases of the ODIGEO websites, particularly at the beginning of the QA process, identifying and reporting bugs, in order to ensure that the business requirements have been met
• Manage the product backlog list for projects, change requests and incidents, in line with the priorities of the markets/functional areas,, ensuring that the development teams are focusing on the correct items

• Wider business areas as required by the project (eg. Call Centres, Finance)
