For our Headquarters in Bad Homburg (Frankfurt area) we are searching for a:
Program Management Leader (m/f)
Responsibilities
• Lead PLT and Program reviews for assigned programs
• Lead AAM program management system implementation in Europe
• As applicable manage customer interface at Program Management level
• Communicate weekly using exception report approach to Senior Management
• Manage and create timing plans including critical path management to ensure program timing integrity
• Support cost book process to ensure financial goals are achieved
• Support launch manager activities within operational sites
Qualification
• Education to a minimum Bachelor Degree level
• Experience of program management and launch processes in the automotive industry
• Strong skills in working in international teams
• Confident, reliable and friendly representation on all levels
• Knowledge of all phases of launching automotive products
• Knowledge of vehicle driveline systems, components and their interaction
• Knowledge of OEM quality initiatives, and supplier development
• Understanding of APQP processes including FMEA and PPAP
• Good organizational skills
• Self starter with strong written and oral communication skills
• Multi language written/verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook etc.)
• Great interpersonal skills to work effectively with others; must enjoy working with others and occasionally mentor/train others
