In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be part of the function responsible for developing and utilizing forefront technology, such as AI, to help Swedbank combat financial crime and ensure cyber security.
• Assess and improve processes for more efficient collaboration and deliveries.
• Drive and support strategic transformation initiatives to secure efficiency and effectiveness across processes and technical solutions.
• Govern and coordinate initiatives and projects in early phase and facilitate transition from project to line activity.
• Define and follow up KPIs for tracking of organisational results and improvements.
• Belong to a fun, diverse, knowledgeable, and international team responsible for governing and coordinating development efforts in adherence with established processes and regulations.
What is needed in this role:
• Excellent communication skills (to both technical and non-technical audiences) and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in managing complex and time-critical deliveries with many stakeholders and dependencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the curiosity to explore and adopt industry best practices.
• Change management skills, with experience from strategic transformations and demonstrable aptitude for planning and prioritization.
• Experience coordinating IT processes/initiatives spanning over several business areas and teams.
• Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment.
• Understanding/experience of the business domain is meriting; finance, financial crime, cybersecurity.
• Fluency in English; verbal and written.
• Degree in relevant field, or a good reason for not having one.
