In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Act as Swedbank's contact person for Savings Banks, Sparbankernas Riksförbund (Savings Banks Association) regarding IT related topics in both daily operation and ongoing projects.
• Act as Service Owner for several IT Services and applications used by Savings Banks and Sparbankernas Riksförbund.
• Host biweekly information meetings for Savings Banks IT Managers, Security Managers, Information Security Managers.
• Represent Savings Banks in Swedbank development and maintenance processes.
• Represent Swedbank in Sparbankernas Riksförbunds (Savings Banks Association) work group called "Specialistgrupp IT & Information security."
• Coordinate information from Swedbank departments to Savings Banks in IT related topics.
• Act as Swedbank SPOC during Savings Banks audits.
• Be an early adopter & ambassador of modern technology.
• Utilize MS365 technology to enable effective communication channels.
• Coordinate topics and representatives from Swedbank in Savings Banks yearly IT & Information security conference.
• Support in planning and coordinating yearly education for Savings Banks new IT Managers.
• Visit Savings Banks onsite, in their home markets.
What is needed in this role:
• Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• +5 years' work experience in a relevant Service Delivery role, within a large enterprise
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Excellent attention to detail & project execution
• A positive mindset, always ready to be the bridge between IT Services & the End Customer
