We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Cyber Recovery Consultant to join our growing and dynamic team in the Nordics Professional Services, part of Dell Technologies Professional Services.

Join us as a Advisory Consultant on our Consulting team in Stockholm.
What you'll achieve
The Consultant provides end to end custom consulting, design and implementation support on customer environment, specifically related to Dell Technologies products, at the customer site, including pre-sales kick-offs, consulting, initial design workshops, implementation, customization, integration and outline orientation for the customer.
She/he works closely with Dell Sales, Customer Service, Project Managers and other PS personnel, Corporate Technical Support and the customer to ensure a smooth transition from the start to the integration/production mode.
She/he is considered an expert in one subject and knowledgeable in a number of others in consulting the customer and becoming their trusted advisor for an end to end Cyber Recovery solution.
Knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of complex cyber recovery and data protection environments.
You will:
Extract requirements from business and understands technical and business impact of those requirements.
Validate requirements, prototyping and functionality design and oversees creation and quality of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements.
Provide issue resolution as point of contact for technical questions; leads code reviews, testing processes, and certification of software; facilitates client and internal meetings; presents architecture and design solutions.
Manage large team engagements.
Deliver technical cyber recovery workshops to customers.
Define deliverables with customers and solutioning team.
Understand and be able interpret Statement of Work (SOW)
Understand what's in scope and out of scope and how to manage these
Be able to articulate and design the solution
Actively drive technology solutions and prepares compelling propositions within senior client environment.
Plan implementations and advances strategies for new initiatives
Provide part time SME support to other projects in addition to current ones.
Essential Requirements
Excellent technical knowledge of Cyber Recovery and Data Protection solutions.
Experience with Data Protection/Backup Recovery.
Advanced writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer.
Advanced communication skills in working with the customer including awareness of stakeholders and ability to influence outcomes.
Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience in Professional Services/Consulting Delivery
Desirable Requirements
Strong Understanding of the wider IT landscape including Network, Storage, Compute , Replication, Backup/Recovery Architectures.
Good understanding of TOGAF framework
Good understanding of ITSM processes
Additional
5+ years of cyber recovery experience
Swedish (Norwegian/Danish) & English mandatory
Willingness to travel: Up to 40 %
