We are now looking for a people oriented and forward leaned leader who wants to take the Capacitor production team in their journey onwards. Your main focus will be leading and developing the production team with around 60 employees to reach targets and develop processes through continuous improvement.
As a Production Manager at Capacitors you will be part of High Voltage Products that is business unit within Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The business unit is developing, manufacturing and marketing high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as Surge Arresters, Breakers, Instrument Transformers, Capacitors and Cooling Systems.
Your responsibilities
You will be part of the unit management team where you represent the production team at Capacitors, set up the strategy of the factory and ensure that the strategy is communicated, discussed and implemented in your teams.
You will be responsible for building and developing your team members and drive process improvements both short term and long term in the 60 people strong production team, both blue and white collar.
The role is both operational and strategic with many contact areas on several levels in the organization.
Key operational responsibilities will be to drive a strong HSE culture, to deliver products on quality targets as well as on time delivery to our customers.

Your background
To be successful in this position, you have held senior positions within the operations/production field with previous leadership experience.
Interpersonal skills with high degree of personal integrity; strong listening, creative thinking, and communication skills is a necessity.
Your analytical skills enable you to define and prioritize the most important tasks for the factory and department.
A strong leadership for us should be characterized with people development, openness to change, and the willingness to build a successful team.
As you will work both locally and in an international environment, excellent knowledge in English is required, as well as knowledge in Swedish
