Production Manager Instrument Transformers
You will be a part of Instrument Transformers in Ludvika, a business unit within High Voltage Components. High-Voltage Components manufacture and sell surge arresters, capacitors, instrument transformers as well as cooling systems. The instrument Transformer Factory in Ludvika is one of the world's largest of its kind with global accountability within ABB to deliver oil-insulated instrument transformers. Export represent 90% of the market and we work in close collaboration with ABB offices in more than 100 countries.

As Production Manager you will be part of the management team that actively engages in strategic decisions. You and your production team will have a great opportunity to form our way of working in coming years as we are currently implementing LEAN production. To us LEAN primarily is a leader and co-worker development program, a philosophy based on energizing people and releasing untapped co-worker competence and creativity through continuous improvements. Your ability to communicate and motivate your team will be returned by the engagement of independent production leaders and specialists.
The requirements: You have a university degree or equivalent work experience. You have probably worked as leader for a larger group for at least a few years and are now ready to
take on larger responsibility. As a person you are outgoing with advanced communication skills. Your leadership experience gives you the ability to coach co-workers and motivate them to personal growth in their profession. You have the ability to look beyond what is right in front of you despite working in a fast-moving environment. You need to be fluent in Swedish as well as English.
