We are searching for a project manager to our production engineering team. Within the team we work strategic and operative. We handle both big and small investments and improvement projects. Together we work closely with the production team to reach our future goals. If you love to work in a team, brainstorm, solve problems and lead or participate in workshops this position might be perfect for you!
We are looking for a Project Manager for production investments and development projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading and monitoring all work related to your projects.
While entering the new position as a Project Manager at the production engineering team you will get the chance to get to know the breaker product. You will have a big possibility to design your day to suit you and your ongoing projects. Your day in the production engineering team will offer diverse tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Your responsibilities
Initiate and manage both big investment projects (CapEX) and smaller improvement projects independently throughout the factory in close communication with all stakeholders.
Challenge yourself with solving complex problems in collaboration with the production engineering team regarding material flows, manufacturing processes, implementing new products, layouts etc.
Be a part of developing and introducing the vision of the future production for the breakers factory especially in automation and digitalization.
Work with continuous improvements, work environment, quality, customer focus and productivity in close collaboration with the production team and team leaders.
Your background
Your personal qualities are highly valued - You are a driven result-oriented team player, with a structured way of work with great communication skills.
As minimum you hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or work experience seen as equivalent.
You have a big interest to work with production development, technology, and continuous improvements.
Experience from project management, production engineering or continuous improvements are meritorious.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, both written and spoken.
