hela Sverige We are looking for a Production Coordinator to HBO Nordic. You will be hired as a consultant through KIMM/Wise Professionals. The position is fulltime with immediate start, lasting till the first of februari, with good opportunity of extension. It is required that your application (both CV and personal letter) are written in English, but you have to be fluent in Swedish as well to be successful in this role.
Purpose of the position
HBO Nordic's Traffic & Operations-team is looking for a creative and structured Production Coordinator to help out with the team's increasing volume of productions. Your main task will be to support various teams (Operations, Marketing, Digital, Social and PR) with material deliveries, specs, briefs and production overviews. The role will have several contact points including various internal departments, in-house Creative Service-team (based in Budapest), our agencies as well as with our partners and operators. The role will be part of creating and improving structure within materials storage and deliverables.
You will be part of the Traffic & Operations-team, reporting to SVP Operations, and work closely with the marketing, digital, social media and PR teams.
Example of assignments
• Back up the Programing Catalogue, in multiple regions
• Coordinating materials for agencies and partners
• Coordinating material for PR
• Coordinating materials for Landing pages, Facebook and YouTube
• Coordinating Adwords
• Coordinating Tracking-pixels for online banners and video
• Coordinating translations, copy to site etc
Experience and personal qualities
You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant working experience as a coordinator, preferably within the media business. You have a good knowledge about picture and video formats, and preferably a strong sense of structure and are used to work on several projects simultaneously. It is highly appreciated if you have a creative and solution oriented mind-set.
To be an ideal candidate you are down to earth, calm and a service-minded team player. To be successful in the role you are highly structured, has high tolerance for tight deadlines & last minute changes and are used to be working in an always evolving and fast paced environment. Since the team is small you need to be self-managing and without prestige. Tasks will vary from high to low and change from day to day. You have excessive knowledge within Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) as well as general digital knowledge. Last but not least you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
