As a Product Quality Leader (PQL) you will hold a strategic high important role belonging to the department Product Quality and Technical Service Europe & Latin America which is a part of the Quality & Customer Satisfaction organization. The department has the overall responsibility for all short term quality improvements in its region.
Main Responsibilities
The mission for a PQL is to be part of the team managing the improvement of Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics components. In this team you will investigate quality issues, prioritize them and secure that appropriate corrective actions are taken. You will search, detect and quantify customer quality issues. One of the main responsibilities is to initiate, coordinate and prioritize quality actions and also perform pre-investigation of field quality issues. As an PQL you will ensure communication on product quality or on customer satisfaction within the organization.
You will be part of a result oriented team of highly motivated colleagues that wants to make a different for the end customer and achieves this by promptly addressing and resoling customer issues, often in direct contact with dealers and end customers.

• University degree in technical area or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge about aftermarket, quality processes and product
• Good knowledge of heavy duty vehicle (chassis) development is merit
