Right now, we are looking for a Product Owner Operations Digital Platforms who will own and drive Volvo CE Operations digital platforms vision & strategy supporting Connected Manufacturing and Industrial Internet of things strategy strategic activities.
Opportunity description:
§ Develop strong working relationships with Volvo CE Smart Factory Teams and Volvo CE Factory 4 Tomorrow Core team.
§ Lead Global IIOT network involving cross functional teams from all Volvo CE Sites.
§ Retain great relationships with our internal network of employees working within Digital & IT, plants, and global operations.
§ Own and prioritize the global product backlog and secures consistency of global product design in accordance with site needs and the product roadmap.
§ Establish the standards & best practices that secure the global scalability of solutions.
§ Provide analysis & insights of market, technology & product trends and establish collaboration with external partners.
§ Plan the competence & resource need (people & license) and manage global budget accordingly.
§ Position reports to Volve CE Digital & IT, Head of Product & Machine Delivery.
Mindset and Competence:
• 5-10 years of experience within Digital & IT or IIOT
• You are curious about new technologies and can envision how to generate business value out of it.
• You can build upon a strong understanding of current technology stacks with regards of connectivity components & standards, platforms, and data lake - specifically PTC Thingworx, SAP IOT, Microsoft Azure Data Lake.
• You have a solid understanding of the business needs connected to Manufacturing and Industry 4.0
• You have the personality & desire to work in Agile Teams and as a Product Owner
• You have failed and overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes
• You have experience from driving change in a complex global environment
• You have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset in yourself and for others
