This isn't a conventional car company. We're a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.

At Lynk & Co, we know that everything's better when we move forward together. We're working towards achieving equal gender representation at all levels of the company, as well as building a diverse team where everyone is respected, empowered, and celebrated. We're not the kind of company we want to be yet, that's why we're looking for people that will challenge us and hold us accountable.
In short, no matter who you are or where you come from: if you're good at what you do, then we want you.

Product Owner Mobile App
We are now expanding our team with additional Product Owners. The Product Owner - Mobile App Platform is responsible for ensuring the stability, continuous improvement, and development of the Lynk & Co mobile app. The Lynk & Co mobile app is an important product for both members and our business situated in the intersection where customer and business value are created with digital solutions.

At Lynk & Co, we have a one-app-policy where a single application serves all use-cases. While the mobile app team works on classical car brand features - car connectivity - we have a bigger vision than that. Cars are only used 4% of its life, something we want to change with our peer-to-peer car sharing platform giving our members the ability to share Lynk & Co cars with others. In addition, we work on membership services, marketing and other products and services in the Lynk & Co eco-system.

You will work with cross-functional, multi-competence product team at Lynk & Co in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping the customer experience top of mind. You will define the strategic vision for your product area and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market, insights and data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company. You will also build and foster strategic partnerships across product teams, working to manage dependencies.

The position can be based in one of our development hubs in Gothenburg, Amsterdam, or Barcelona.

What you'll do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
• Set ambitious and clear product mission and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and dev backlog that drive agreed key objectives
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of market landscape and customer needs through gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights together with data analysts
• Clearly communicate the product mission, roadmap, and backlogs across the organization
• Translate customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the product
• Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to optimize value creation

What you should have

We believe you are a product owner who is well-versed and confident in leading development teams to build delightful customer experiences. Our journey will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail, and learn.

• Experience of working as Product Owner and/or Product Manager
• Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a "can-do attitude"
• Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently
• Are comfortable working on both technical platforms and user-facing features
• Previous experience of agile, customer centric, product organization and running development teams
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English - both oral and written
• Experience with mobility and car connectivity is highly meriting

What we offer

Sure, we have all the basics in place like pension and insurances, wellness allowance, and flexibility in where and when you work. But that's not the reason you choose us... You want to work with us because you will:

• Be part of a global and diverse team, with teammates from over 26 countries and an equal gender split
• Be part of a fun work culture with high team spirit. People really enjoy their teams and get along well with their teammates.
• Be part of creating something new that has never been done before. The pace is fast and it is never boring!
• Get the best of both worlds: a start-up atmosphere with the support of an established organization
• Make a difference. We're a lean team with a flat hierarchy, so every contribution has a direct impact

Working for Lynk & Co

We're not into strict hierarchy, but we do like collaboration, creativity, and people who challenge norms. We've cultivated a culture of personal development and role growth. If you're an original thinker who values being open, personal, and challenging, then you'll fit right in. In general, we think that imagination is just as important as expertise, and instinct can be as valuable as experience.

Sounds good? Well, then we want to hear from you.

Our recruitment process

We work with a competence based framework. You apply by submitting your LinkedIn-profile or CV written in English and answering a few questions.
