Our Health and Medical Solutions business unit sell, and market purpose made incontinence products and services under the global leading brand TENA. About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner, CRM B2B, within Business Unit Health and Medical Solutions (BU HMS) to drive the development and delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform as well as support the digitalization of sales and marketing in line with Business objectives/Go to Market approach.
You will report to the Global CRM Manager, BU HMS. This is a temporary contract during 11 months.

What You Will Do
• Drive development and implementation of the Global CRM solutions, in line with business objectives and priorities
• Drive Business Unit projects
• Support the digitalization of sales and marketing
• Support developing a clear roadmap of development for the Global CRM solutions
• Provide specialist digital knowledge and expertise to stakeholders
• Support the communication to internal stakeholders
• Support the regional and local organizations in the implementation of continuous improvement approach
• Manage documentation generated for the solutions and services developed and assist in disseminating best practices within the CRM Community
• Train and support users in the global digital solutions
Who You Are
• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Min 3-5 years' experience in managing CRM or Digital projects
• Working knowledge of CRM based applications in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Preferred experience from local sales, marketing functions or IT
• Ability to travel
You are result- and action-oriented with a self-driven approach that enables you to make projects progress. Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills and are problem-solving oriented. You have excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization which enables you to create networks and share best practice. Finally, you are creative and innovative as well as willing to question traditional assumptions.
