We continue to grow, and are now looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our project teams in Malmö.

Mobenga is looking for a Product Owner

Description

As a Product Owner at Mobenga you are responsible for customer relations and whole product (live support and new features development). You focus on managing all the stakeholders (except the Team, which is self-organized), maintaining clear visibility and a high level picture, providing the Team with clear requirements and prerequisites in form of Product Backlog with prioritized Stories. You will educate customers in Mobenga's way of working and as part of the Product Owners Team you will share your experience, ideas and good practices with others. You need to have the courage to deal with a customer's wishes based on pure facts and knowledge about the Mobenga product and explain what they will gain by following our suggestions.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining the visibility about the product development as a whole (timelines, stakeholders map)
• Maintaining partnership (good relations) with a customer
• Controlling Definition of Done
• Responsible for managing the Product Backlog and contact with stakeholders
• Managing, setting priorities for and maintaining the Product Backlog in a way that it's visible to all
• Gathering requirements and input information
• Managing the development of the features by setting goals and not by micro management
• Responsible for maximizing Return On Investment "not financial" from the product
• Sharing product knowledge with other POs
• Sharing customer relations experience with other POs
• Supporting other POs
• Giving ownership of sprint to a Team
• Responsible for discussing scope and timelines with a customer (based on the input from theTeam)
Ideal requirements:

• Product oriented person
• Ability to visualize the product work on multiple levels
• Betting experience
• Product Owner experience
• Scrum "by the book" experience
• Excellent communication skills:
Able to align different stakeholders expectations

Able to clarify requirements with a customer

Able to negotiate requirements/timeline with a customer
