We are looking for a Product Owner for system test automation. You will work with a great team of developers working with the tools, the flow & the system regression scope. We are a team of developers with a broad skillset & product development knowledge.
Your responsibilities as PO stretches from safeguarding the existing systems & results, lead development improvements in parallel & to set the future targets together with other key roles in the organization.

https://www.scaledagileframework.com/product-owner/As we are still learning to apply the framework in our daily operations, not everything nor every role is in place yet, you understand that sometimes you will have to move in between the roles & "boxes". You are agile at heart and help us tailor SAFE to the maturity level we are at as well as highlighting and driving the improvements we need for the future. You are the person to help us focus on the right work at the right time to provide useful feedback to the organization. You are brave enough to challenge, prioritize in tough situations & remove work that does not create value.
The main customers are the line organization leaning on the system regression scope (for example BMLT managers & test leaders for the product classes) and development teams in the organization providing functionality to end users.

Expectations on you
As PO you need to have the technical knowledge to understand the product, its flow & team context. You are fluent in vehicle development, integration flows, experienced in testing strategies & tools, test rigs & build pipelines. Overall, you know the lists of things to do & learn are endless but you help us structure it. When you don't have the answers you know where to look & who to ask to create a way forward.
We sit close together and support each other in the team. We interact daily with other developers and teams around us. We work in a global setting and across organizations.
