For you, this is more than a senior product management position reporting to our hallowed Head of Platform. This is a unique opportunity to play a key business role leading the way to the next level of gaming excellence with a growing global brand.
Main responsibilities:
The role is responsible for product development and ensures the product strategy and roadmap is aligned with market demands. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a set of products and features in the interactive gambling space, with a particular focus on Casino. Your role will primarily be focused on the development of our Back Office Product that is responsible for the configuration and management of our Casino platform. You will ensure that your products are aligned with the Play N Go product strategy, maintain your product backlog and aim to deliver everything in time, within scope and budget. The individual will manage roadmaps, generate product requirements, lead product development, prepare plans for product introductions, and develop marketing strategies
• Own the Product Roadmap for their individual products and ensure it is aligned with the wider Play N Go roadmap
• Manage the Product lifecycle from concept to implementation and beyond
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather and assess existing product development and enhancement opportunities as well as new product concepts and ideas
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Marketing and Account Management to develop go-to-market strategy and competitive positioning
• Maintain up-to-date market opportunity and competitive analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Preferably Certified Scrum Product Owners (CSPO)
• Good level of technical understanding, especially in relation to API's and system integrations
• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in working using Agile methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• High level of business maturity to represent the company in customer discussions
• Excellent written, verbal, and face to face communication skills, both technical and non-technical
• Solid understanding of the Casino or Social casino gaming sector and ability to identify new opportunities to take advantage of gaps in the marketplace
• Experience in and able to inspire, manage change, and drive product management function
• Ability to collaborate and influence others and resolve conflict
• Strong project management, organizational and management skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
• Performance driven, detail and results oriented
• Ability to travel to customer and prospect sites, as well as trade shows
• Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Product Management tools (i.e. JIRA)
• Experience working effectively with software engineering, product development, support, and implementation teams and ability to interface effectively with market and customer-facing teams
• Leadership ability, teambuilding skills, people management skills, as well as ability to lead through influence
Preferences:
• Experience with promotional tools in the gaming entertainment industry
• Gaming Sector experience
• Worked with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
• Previous customer facing experience in a B2B environment
• Product management related certifications
