About theteam and the job
As we are expanding, we are now recruiting this new position as a Product Manager to our headquarter in Malmö.As a Product Manager you direct product development and ensures high return on investment (ROI.) This is a great opportunity for you who would like to be translating ideas into strategy and features along with following product development - from start to finish. You will be a part of a large product team and report to VP Products & Services.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features, end products and finding ways to expand product market reach
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps plus provide advice and guidance on direction of products
• Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to include product development, cloud operations, sales, service, customer success, and partner management
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Ensure products and releases are planned and launched correctly and on schedule
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision plus prioritize product opportunities
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users plus develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
Requirement:
• Appropriate education, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Software Product Manager or similar role, at least 10 years experience with at least 3 years experience from a Product Manager position
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Requires travel to customer and partner sites in North America and Europe, about 25 %
