The opportunity
EY's Client Tech Hub (CTH) is a place of digital and technological creativity. We're a strong team of makers and doers who are passionate about building a better working EY through the power of people, technology, and innovation. Our Tech Hub is the place for our digital and tech experts to innovate and work together to design, develop, and deploy new digital solution to rapidly create new digital experiences or reimagine existing ones.
We are looking for our new product manager is to serve as the leader and advocate for future products, and to ensure that they are developed and delivered in a way that meets the needs of the business and its customers. This involves a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Your key responsibilities
Defining and prioritizing product features and roadmaps to align with business goals and customer needs
Gathering and analyzing customer data to inform product decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and service lines, to ensure that the product is developed and delivered successfully
Managing the product development process, including coordinating activities, tracking progress, and identifying and addressing any issues or risks
Developing and communicating product plans and strategies to stakeholders, such as executives, service lines, and customers
Ensuring that the product meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget
Providing support and guidance to the product team, and serving as a subject matter expert on the product and its market
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree in a field such as business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Experience working in product development, engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis and market research
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
The ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Ideally, you'll also have
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
