AFRY has created a new unit, AFRY X, to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In AFRY X we accelerate digital solutions, incubate new ideas and business models and host shared data driven platforms. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance, and operation. Within the next years AFRY Xs target is to triple our digital revenue and to make this happen, we need experienced Product Managers that will take our next generation products from ideation to commercial success. The portfolio will to a large extent consist of Industrial IoT products with an AI module that delivers actionable insights to our customers.
We empower our product teams to operate autonomously just like startups and define their problem space, vision, and the value in solving it. We staff these teams with the skills necessary to solve their problem spaces. Product Managers at AFRY X lead these cross-functional product teams and they have full ownership over their problem space and freedom how to solve it for our customers. They are fully accountable for the results of their teams and responsible for steering decisions based on deep knowledge of our customers, usage data of our products, company goals, industry trends, and the competitive landscape relevant to their products.
You will be a part of a team with other experienced Product Managers, all responsible for their own products but at the same time work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure that business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. This position is stationed in Solna.
This is the job
Set an inspiring vision, strategy and metrics for your product on which you create buy-in and alignment throughout the organization
Act as the product's leader within AFRY X and for your cross-functional team
Gather, manage and prioritize market- and customer requirements
Develop and own the business case for new products and product improvements
Own and prioritize the product backlog
Full P/L responsibility for the product
Who are you?
Qualification profile
Product Management experience from data driven digital products, preferably within enterprise IoT or AI
Track record of product launches where you have taken a product from concept to launch
Excellent ability to translate new solutions into business models
Experience from working with agile methods for digital solution development
Experience with life cycle management for digital solutions
Proficiency in Swedish, excellent presentation and communication skills in English
