Volvo Penta is providing world class Marine and Industrial engines and drivelines to OEM's all around the world. The products are in-housed developed based on market expectations and business opportunities. The role of the Product Planning Industrial department is to gather the input from customers, market trends and business strategy to manage the development of the Industrial segment 's product & service offering.
Volvo Penta Industrial is now targeting to enhance our customer experience through world class services for Industrial customers. We're seeking a Product Manager Services in Gothenburg, Sweden to be the customers voice on our journey towards being an Industrial service provider.
This role will be responsible for the Industrial segment 's service offering. The service offering consists of connected services as well as service contracts. Both areas are managed by the Product Manager Services. Development and operations of the services are taken care of by the parts and services organization. They are also together with the service market and sales organization the most important stakeholders and contributors to the development of the Industrial services roadmap.
To be successful in this position you need to be well organized and have excellent communication and networking skills. As a person you are positive, you have a good driving force, and you enjoy the teamwork. You have the ability to transform a customer expectation to a service with a business-oriented mindset. You have an experience from development of service solutions, and you are ready to take on a service portfolio.
Required knowledge, experience:
University/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
Business driven attitude
Structured way of working
Excellent communication skills
Teamwork oriented
Fluent in English
Solid experience in Service solutions
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools
