Our technical platform is our product. It facilitates all flows within Fyndiq – from API and integrations via the product review flow to customer experience, customer support and payment flow. The Product Development department will be responsible for setting our vision for where we are heading with our platform, and with the help of our Engineering department make sure that the vision is implemented. You will be reporting to Head of Product Development.
As Product Manager you will plan, develop and oversee implementation of products and solutions that can create value for Fyndiq and increase the profitability. You will hold ownership of areas of our platform, and make sure that we have a roadmap for these areas that it is delivered on schedule and with high quality. You will work closely with the engineering department and manage product integration, launches, and changes throughout implementation. In addition to having a product management role, you will contribute to the strategic vision and forward-looking direction of our e-commerce platform.
Who are you?
You work as Project Manager or Product Manager within web services and you are interested in e-commerce. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You have great empathy for the customer, and ability to have an insight into what is possible in order to see what is essential and what is incidental. You enjoy researching the market to understand the problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. As a person you are a team player with excellent communication skills.
