Job Summary

The Automation and Digital (A&D) department in Tetra Pak is on a journey towards a bag of Powder, block of cheese, box of ice cream or pallet of liquid good in the smartest package at the lowest total cost of ownership.
We are looking for a new colleague, a Product Manager that will together with the team define, bachelor's or master'sales, deliver and maintain a value-based, competitive and industry aligned Automation, Digital and Solutions portfolio to integrate, optimize and connect customer operations across food processing, packaging, material handling and consumer engagement.
This is a permanent position and you, as the successful candidate, can be based at any Tetra Pak office, preferably Lund. However you must be available for team interactions and meetings during mid-day / afternoon Central European time.

In this position you will get to know various areas of the company and will work with colleagues from different countries, divisions, and functions. You act as an agile entrepreneur, meaning that you build and maintain trustful relationships, and are accountable for contributions to the business relations that you are responsible for.
As our new colleague you will focus on two areas:
Critical Infrastructure
Responsible for the data backbone of our future A&D offerings, a single platform where all production plant data will be orchestrated and contextualized, from raw material inflow to filled package outflow. This data infrastructure will contribute strongly towards driving increased engineering efficiencies, integration and lifecycle cost savings.
Delivering our cybersecurity vision within our product portfolio, as part of our critical infrastructure framework.
Incubation Solutions
Expand and leverage existing (and future) locally developed A&D Solutions across a specific region, or into the global A&D Portfolio
Accelerate our solution time-to-market, and also foster continued innovation within our regional teams.
We believe you have
Experience from working with agile software development methods and tools
Technical degree, preferably bachelor's or masters degree.
At least 5+ years of work experience working as a Product Manager or similar role
A couple of years of knowledge/experience within Tetra Pak operated segments in food and beverage
Familiarity with IIOT technology and knowledge about Industrial Cybersecurity is a plus
You have experience in building communities and establishing a culture with emphasis on sharing and learning.
As a person you are aiming for a cooperative leadership style to give the teams the right level of autonomy and you have the ability to build trustful relationships and to show courage. You challenge and take risks when needed and support the teams with stability and focus when assignments go into critical project phases.
Furthermore, you can handle keeping track of multiple projects and stakeholders. You are engaged and self-directed, with a strong sense of initiative and enjoy working in an international environment.
