Your key responsibility is to optimize the circulation of materials in terms of solutions, processes and new product development with our partners. You will initially be responsible for:
- Create and utilize long-term sustainability plans for assets and residual products
- Suggest approaches to rest product marketing and sales - in order to be innovative and grow.
- Interact with Group functions to support the overall business plan and financial targets.
- Responsible for environmental aspects of the rest product concerning stocking, long-term storage
- Responsible for supporting authorities with audits and meetings to keep up with rules and regulations
- Representative at Jernkontoret, Swedish Steel Association, working with rest product solutions in the Business
You will work in an international organization in a global business. Key markets for growth in the Group are North America and Asia. Productions sites to cooperate with rest product solutions are, except Hofors Mill:
(1) Imatra, Finland (2) Smedjebacken, Sweden (3) Hällefors, Sweden (4) Hallstahammar, Sweden
Qualifications and competence You have at least a few years' experience from working in an international organization with an understanding of price, cost and profit and loss. Preferably, you have experience product management and/or environmental work with in the industry. It is an advantage if you have worked within the metal industry. Experience from matrix organizations and informal leadership positions are meritorious. You have a university degree or equal. Good English written and verbal communication skills are favorable in this position.
Personality You are interested in the next solution of environmental business, who combines a holistic perspective with an analytic mind. In this role, you will be responsible for generating results and for solutions generations to come.
