Job Description
We are looking for a Product Lead to our join our assortment team at Weekday.
As a Product Lead at Weekday your role plays an important part in securing the best assortment for our target customer in order to generate long term responsible and profitable growth. You will be responsible to drive your category and way of working through strong leadership & clear strategies, both short and long term.
Your focus will be to set, drive and execute overall omni growth strategies and optimization for the category while constantly follow, react and identify opportunities and risks together with the product team. This includes close collaboration with our production offices as well as other functions within our brand.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Set, drive & execute overall omni growth strategy & optimization for the category end-to-end.
Drive close collaboration & alignment within the product team
Constantly follow, react & identify opportunities and risks together with the product team
Set and drive the Assortment and Development strategy for the category, long term and in-season, including strategies for way of working.
Set and drive Buying Strategy incl best deal
Guide, coach and develop the product team
Close collaboration with all functions within the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in equal role or 4 years experience from product development &/or planning
Strategic, structured & communicative
Strong leadership skills (including self-leadership)
Combination of visionary & hands on/operative
Customer focused with strong sense of commerciality, fashion relevance and salesmanship
Flexible, agile & collaborative
Action driven

This is a temporary position of approximately one year starting as soon as possible, based at Weekday's Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
