Together with Oddwork, we are on the hunt for a Product Engineering Lead to join our company. Are you passionate about personal development and building successful teams? If so, we think you'll be interested in this exciting opportunity! During the last 25 years, we have built a reputation as a disrupter and innovator, quickly gaining a loyal customer base worldwide. Our global team of over 2000 people represents over 60 nationalities, united by our shared values and one common purpose. No matter if you're working from home or in an award-winning office, we are one global team: Individuals, United!

As Product Engineering Lead...
you'll be a central part of our organisation, leading our cross-functional Gaming Engineering area of 45+ passionate individuals. With the mission to ensure that your team are strong and up for success, you will provide leadership and personal development that sparks motivation and productivity while ensuring that your area has the right structure, tools, capacity, and spoked-in resources to deliver according to expectations. In close collaboration with your Business Owner and their teams, you'll translate high-level business goals to technical deliverables that follow the Tech Process, architectural guidelines and standards for security and quality - always with the customer's perspective in mind. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other Product Engineering Leads to drive initiatives across several Engineering areas and support the Business Owners with technical expertise, potential solutions, resources for ideation purposes and cost estimations. You will report to a Head of Engineering and work closely with stakeholders to keep them informed on progress and changes to timelines or costs.

We are looking for you who...
are quick to adapt to new situations and have a strong drive to make things happen. You have the capacity to handle many things at once and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of individuals in different roles. As a leader, you are optimistic and pragmatic and thrive on making others successful. With your previous experience, you are comfortable handling conversations on both business and tech-related topics and leading a team through change. Our long-term ambition is that all Engineering areas should be running as their own autonomous units, and in this role, it's your job to lead that transformation. Are you up for the challenge? Send in your application today!

Our wishes:

• Several years of experience in leadership roles and knowledge of people management
• A strong personal drive and the ability to navigate complex scenarios without having all the answers
• Capability to quickly grasp new information needed to understand and solve technical problems

Why Kindred Group?
Our story is an exhilarating ride: powered by people, innovation, and a relentless focus on offering our customers a safe and fun entertainment experience. Some of the first people to join us in 1977 are still with us today, and new people bring us fresh ideas and renewed energy each day.

As a multi-location team, we have a healthy balance between working from home and the office. When in the office, we make sure to attend all social and after-work activities. Although the official company language is English, the whole UX team speaks GIF.

We know it takes all kinds of people to create a winning team, and we succeed because we allow our differences to strengthen and enrich our culture. Together, we have created a unique environment that values the contribution of every individual. If you'd thrive in that environment, and our core values resonate with you - build on trust, individuals united, dare to challenge, and seek to innovate, you'll fit right in.
