What You'll Do
• Lead through craft to create compelling, coherent user experiences
• Go broad to create multiple design concepts then converge with hypothesis-driven design solutions that drive measurable impact
• Bring a design perspective to the multidisciplinary approach we have to understand real people's needs and collaborate with like-minded partners to ship new solutions to the issues we face in our food system
• Work closely with the brand team to ensure our brand, positioning, and values are expressed in every experience

• An experienced UI/UX designer excited and motivated to work in all stages of product development - from identifying and framing opportunities - to rapidly exploring concepts - to executing design solutions through the constraints of today
• Growth orientated - taking failure as a learning experience and brave enough to engage in conflict and passionate discussion
• A creative communicator and storyteller who looks to find emotive, human lenses in which to frame your work and motivate others
• Team player - you establish and maintain relationships with the different disciplines. Turning friendship into influence

Whilst there's plenty of opportunities to grow and learn new skills we'll need you to demonstrate that you can get things done. You're confident with Figma and have been through your fair share of design sprints.
