The Role as Product Compliance Officer

The focus in this role is to drive the product compliance function and cross-functional teams to ensure a high degree of company support and effective execution. You will plan, design and implement the company's product compliance program.

This will, among other duties, include to:

- Product Risk Management and Mitigation
- Manages Internal Product Investigations
- Develop, Implement and Maintain Concern Investigation Process
- Supports the safety defect and non-compliance determinations and safety, compliance, government investigation-related Field Service Actions
- Organize and lead task groups to identify, analyze and make recommendations on potential safety and compliance issues. Chair the Investigations Meetings
- Educate and Train parties involved in terms of Compliance/Investigations Process
- Provide status reports of actions taken to resolve such problems and make recommendations.
- Provide technical assistance to Aftermarket, Engineering, Quality activities, and outside law firms, as appropriate, on matters that have been the subject of internal investigations.

The position will be based in the Koenigsegg headquarters in Ängelholm, Sweden
Minimum Requirements

University or bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant training in combination with experience in the field of Compliance within the Automotive industry.

Qualifications include but not limited to:

- BSc/ Masters in Engineering, Business, Law
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience creating and overseeing safety/compliance risk assessments, internal controls policies, procedures, monitoring, reporting, and auditing in support of a culture of compliance.
- Strong knowledge of automotive recall legislation and regulations (NHTSA, EU and UN) and implementation.
- Experience with homologation, production compliance, and product compliance including overseeing recalls and agency audits.
- Strong ability to work closely with regulatory agencies.
- Creation and implementation of policies and industry best practices to ensure consistent implementation of risk minimization aligned with legal and regulatory requirements and expectations.
- Ability to collaborate across teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Aftermarket.
- Ability to translate complex and technical issues into concise executive summaries and presentations for wider audiences.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal /written).
- Able to work independently and within a team.
