The Corporate Digital Business Office is looking for a Roadmap Lead for the Digital Finance Product Area! This is to ensure that the strategic roadmap is defined and delivered with transperancy. You will specialize and focus your efforts on our products related to financial digital products, for instance: Product Offer, Pricing, Planning & Steering, Customer & Supplier Transactions, Accounting, Tax & Statutory Reporting and the SAP Platform to mention some areas.
Your main responsibilities
* Facilitate and enable digital direction and functional strategies
* Ensuring strategic alignment of Product Area's portfolio and roadmap towards Digital and Volvo Cars
* Building roadmaps for product based deliveries based on SAFe
* Defining and measuring delivered value and performance
* Problem solving, data analysis and effective communication
* Senior leadership interaction and decision facilitation
* Facilitating portfolio balancing and prioritization of content and funding on a running basis (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
* Ensuring that the quality of roadmaps is sufficient and underpinned by realistic ambitions and feasibility to execute
* Enabling EPIC/backlog transparency across all teams within the Product Area
Experience
* Managed roadmaps for complex programs and/or portfolios
* Finance management in an agile environment and experience with handling financials for large initiatives and/or portfolio management
* Defined business cases and driven value realization
* Collaborated with wide range of stakeholders of different skillsets and seniority levels
* Ability to visualize information to create a common understanding and direction
* Agile product development knowledge and management in an agile environment
* Significant experience in applicable office tools; MS Office, Excel, Teams etc
* Ideally experience from a finance organization and the SAP platform, IT/digital, automotive environments, SAFe and/or management consulting experience
