Your Role
As a Product and Application Specialist, you work cross-functionally with customers and colleagues on a wide variety of exciting products and applications. The role acts as a trusted advisor/specialist, leading and supporting customers and colleagues to reach success and keep an eye out for areas of improvement. You are the go-to bridge connecting Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Product Management on technical matters.
Role includes
Support targeted sales development by communicating Product Features, Benefits, and Value propositions, tailoring solutions to customer needs, assisting with new product launches and events, and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Perform product demonstrations, drive competence development through training, provide first-line technical support to the sales team, generate new product ideas, and manage product sample distribution.
You support the Product life cycle by managing product specifications.
Contribute to product strategy development by staying on top of industry trends, changing user preferences, and new technologies.
Lead specific projects within Kanthals Heating Materials.
About You
You have an engineering degree in mechanical, material, or manufacturing technology and are fluent in both Swedish and English - verbal and written. With your solution-oriented and analytical mindset, you solve complex problems efficiently and creatively. You have some experience from a previous role where you have honed your skills in stakeholder management and global interaction.
Your communicative and outgoing nature makes you a great team player, and your ability to collaborate effectively is essential. You are a social person with selling skills, capable of preparing accurate and appropriate documents and materials for external distribution. Your expertise and passion for engineering and materials technology drive you to push boundaries and contribute to a sustainable future.
