For our client, a well-known international company based on Södermalm, Experis AB is looking for a Procurement Manager for a long-term assignment. The position is fulltime, and requested to start a.s.a.p.
The position is an interim-solution for 6-12 month's time and employment is with Experis AB.
As a Procurement Manager this is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment using both your procurement and sourcing skills as well as your experience in improving compliance towards processes, regulations and ways-of-working.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As well as focus on strategic sourcing and saving, this role has a strong focus on compliance and regulations regarding the processes, contracts and ways-of-working.
• Develop strong understanding of the company's policies and procedures, as well as local market regulations, to appropriately mitigate risk/exposure
• Help maximize the company's purchasing power across all categories to maximize value and mitigate risk
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing solutions.
• Manage and track savings plans to an annual goal.
• Lead strategic analysis and spend visibility.
• Develop strategic relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
• Create negotiation strategies and negotiate deals with suppliers
• Provide consulting support to working teams in business on supplier selection, negotiation strategies, and troubleshooting
• Deliver initiatives across multiple markets and/or participate in global projects within multi regional teams.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are looking for a consultant who has a solid experience in procurement, - strategic sourcing and savings. Should you have experience from the financial service industry rather than the manufacturing industry this is most valid. You have also worked with compliance, regulations, and processes within procurement and have a solid base within these areas.
As a person it is vital that you are self driven, hands-on, have strong relationship building skills, delivers on time, result-oriented, a problem-solver, as well as positive and supportive. Furthermore you have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Strong work ethic with an intense will-to-win and ability to work in fluid, fast-paced environment and maintain flexibility to meet changing customer and business needs.
