Description of position:

The position is focused on improving the quality and pace of ongoing and future procurement eBusiness rollouts against internal and external suppliers worldwide as well as on-going support activities to existing installations.

The role will be responsible for delivery of all new enhancements based on demand from the business. The position will help driving, support and participate in the local and divisional ASSA ABLOY implementations/installations of procurement eBusiness solutions with expertise in both application usage as well as processes.

Main areas of responsibility includes

• Facilitate and secure that our procurement eBusiness implementations are following best practice both in set-up and functional/process usage
• Actively participate in demand / process boards in relation to the global procurement eBusiness solutions within ASSA ABLOY
• Deliver Subject Matter Expertise within procurement eBusiness in a professional manner
• Drive efficient functional set-ups and system development in collaboration with our external systems integrators to our business entities
• Explore new solutions and extended functions to further enhance the solution portfolio.
• Prepare, set-up and deliver project and facilitate end-user training
• Engaged in support and handling of coordination of change management / control and problem management
• Secure the global technical landscape in which the supplier eBusiness solution operate

Main long term deliverables includes

• Successful procurement eBusiness implementations in ASSA ABLOY (Time, cost, quality)
• Well documented and structured functions in procurement eBusiness for companies using the systems
• Well trained users of the solutions within in ASSA ABLOY and to our external supplier base
• Efficient support structures (service desk and application management) after procurement eBusiness implementations
• Enhance our group usage of procurement eBusiness solutions

Experience requirements:

• Minimum 3 years eBusiness experience (technical, super user or as a consultant) from preferable procurement solutions, integration suites or other major eBusiness applications
• Experience from order to invoice processes in global organisations
• Good understanding of business processes/functions in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales
• Process mapping skills is a very strong plus
• University Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or similar
• Fluent in English, particularly when communicating verbally or via writing. Fluency in other appropriate languages would be a considerable advantage, particularly as the roles are located all over the world.
• Good communication skills, self going and willing to support
• Team player with strong dedication
