hela Sverige We are looking for a Process Specialist to support Operational Processes & Coordination in our delivery and ongoing projects. Your future responsibilities
The position offers you a deep insight into the infrastructure of reporting flows and processes, and an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships in various parts of the bank.
What you'll be doing:
• Act as the main stakeholder towards our IT provider, as well as our internal customers, Group Finance, TALM and various Business areas.
• Act as the link between Business and IT and play a key role in providing our stakeholders with relevant information to ensure we have an efficient reporting processes.
• Take an active part in our ongoing process- and harmonisation initiative, and also participate in our continuous improvement work.
• Participate in ongoing projects and provide the operational requirements and specifications on future deliveries.

Your profile and background:
• Self-driven with strong sense of responsibility/ownership and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent command of technical skills, strong drive and a can-do attitude.
• Service-minded, love to build new and strong relationships and enjoy working in teams where you bring your energy into the group and share your knowledge.
• Proven stakeholder management and understanding of Financial and Regulatory reporting in the banking industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in system functionality, especially data-warehouse technology.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
