Help us simplify finance for the many people
You will be part of a team where we development, improve and maintain processes, including scope of work, "swim lanes", guidelines and policies within the Nordic Customer Center.
Key responsibilities;
• The main task is to develop, improve and to maintain processes include the process documentation together with the team and the whole bank.
• To work close with the local departments in the Nordics, Team Managers and Operations Services/Development Team.
• To build effective working relationships with key colleagues in areas of responsibility across Operations
• and with suppliers.
• Develop and understand local processes.
Required profile and qualifications
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Knowledge in process mapping.
• Structured, orderly, analytical and methodical
• Act on own initiative, makes things happen
• Think outside the box
• Knowledge in Qualiware is a plus

You are a problem solver and your working approach is accurate and structured. You also possess very good knowledge how to present data.
