Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you as an experienced Problem Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the Problem Management Process. You will manage escalated Problems in relation to business impact on H&M and participation in analysis and continuous improvement of Problem process.
The position is located in Marievik within Service Management and Support. The Section includes global IT-functions such as Change & Release Management, Operations Center, Incident- and Problem Management and Global Helpdesk to name a few. The importance of the section as a central hub is growing. Today's advanced sourcing mix and multivendor based delivery model requires strong Process Governance and Support to ensure maximum efficiency and stability in our IT deliveries to business. As a result we need to strengthen our capacity and experience in the management area of our ITSM processes.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Problem Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and prioritize throughout the value chain to ensure an efficient Problem flow
• Handle escalated Problems
• Lead Task Forces to solve Problems through Root Cause Analysis
• Manage communication related to Problems and defined stakeholders
• Operational management of temporarily allocated resources
• Accountable for RCA reports being written and assure the quality according to the agreements
• Participation in analysis and continuous improvement of Problem process
• Provide management information about Problem Management quality and operations
• Initiate lessons learned activity when required
• Proactively manage Problems

• Process strategy, documentation and performance
• Process design and roadmap
• Ensuring training material and sessions to improve process adherence
• Establishing and monitor KPIs of the process

• Modern ITSM tool like Service Now
Competence triangle
• Management - Senior Management experience with a structured mindset
• Communication - Excellent Communication and presentation skill both in Swedish and English
• Technical - Broad technical understanding of an IT environment
This is a fulltime position based in Marievik, Stockholm. Travels may occur from time to time.
