Job description
Event Management & Observability Design, Implement and Configure MID Server Architecture and Components along with ServiceNow experts with High Availability. Coordinate, Troubleshoot and Support Hosting services team in deploying ACC agents in Windows and Linux environments. Identify and Fix bugs in ACC along with ServiceNow Vendor support. ITOM Visibility: Horizontal Discovery & Cloud Discovery Design, Implement and Configure MID Server Architecture and Components along with ServiceNow experts with High Availability. Coordinate with Network and Storage team to discover devices (pilot phase) using SNMP and CIM protocols. Troubleshoot Pattern & Probe related errors and fix them. Contribute on defining Mission and Vision for Event Management. Provided inputs in designing new Auto-Ticketing using BCA Application Classification. Design Architecture with ServiceNow Vendor support. Troubleshoot on Pattern errors and configure as desired.
