Stedsans is a forest resort in Southern Sweden.
We make most food over fire, grow our own ingredients and spend all day outside in all sorts of weather.
We are now looking for 2 new chefs to join our team:
A prep kitchen manager to work in our bakery, delegate tasks to other team members and prepare medicinal drinks for our non-alcoholic beverage menu.
A souschef who will work mainly in the forest kitchen. This job includes foraging, fire making and fishing, so skills or interest in these areas are preferred. You must also be structured and eager to keep things nice and clean.
A very big love for nature, flexibility, team spirit, high work ethics and an open mind is important for both positions.
