Ework Group Stockholm is looking for an experienced PR & Communications Manager to join our Group MarCom team of four!

About the role
The PR & Communications Manager is a key role to enhance our external presence and refine our brand narrative as Ework's PR & Communications Manager. This critical role focuses on building strong media relationships and driving strategic initiatives to increase brand recognition among key stakeholders such as clients, partners & consultants, employees and investors. You'll design and lead impactful PR campaigns to boost our visibility and establish a solid reputation. This position also involves supporting our public relations initiatives in our local markets in the Nordics, Poland, and Slovakia.
Overall responsibility/tasks
Develop and implement PR and communication plans to promote brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
Build, develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local media landscape including strong relationships with the most important media, with extra focus on the Swedish market.
Collaborate cross-functionally and develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for successful launches and collaboration execution.
Driving and creating content to convey messages and stories in line with our strategy and brand position through relevant and genuine content.
Support public relations throughout our local markets in the Nordics, Poland, and Slovakia
Position Ework as the primary contact for press and media inquiries related to our industry and surrounding topics.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations toenhance PR strategies and messaging.
Optimizing existing ways of working and exploring new working methodologies within communication and PR.

Requirements to be able to succeed in the role
You are
Excellent communicator proficient in Swedish and English, in both written and spoken form.
Collaborative with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Committed and curious, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Independent and capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Adapting to changing priorities in order to navigate through transitions typical in a growing company environment.

You have
Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in PR and communications, preferably within the consulting or talent acquisition industry, or areas within green transition, engineering, R&D, digitalization, or business development.
A strong business journalism network and ability to craft PR strategies.
Extensive knowledge of the B2B media landscape and a robust network of B2B journalists.
Proven experience in advising, creating and executing PR strategies for a diverse set of projects.
Experience navigating transitions and changes within a scaling company environment.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
