Overview
At Essity, our ambition is to increase health and hygiene standards across the world. To do this, we depend on motivated, competent and high-performing employees. We are offering an exciting new role within our incontinence area.
The IQ Solutions is a team within the Health & Medical Solution category at Essity dedicated to improving elder care with digital technology, IoT solutions and connected products. The purpose of the role is to set up and manage processes and routines for post market surveillance, support and complaint handling for IQ Solutions on the market.
The position is located in Gothenburg and reports directly to the Global Brand Director for IQ Solutions.



Main Tasks
Set up and manage the Post Market Surveillance (PMS) processes and routines for IQ Solutions on the market
Setup and manage support functions for IQ solutions and actively act as second line support
Manage global complaint handling
Feed backlog of needed and suggested improvement/fix for IQ Solutions on the market
Work closely with product owners and feed input for release planning, upgrades, design changes etc.
Work closely with BU's to ensure smooth flow between first and second line support
Work closely with HWCoE and IoT for third line support to investigate product malfunctions
Work closely together with Regulatory functions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements
Initiate and facilitate corrective or preventive actions as needed
Support and participate in internal and external audits, risk management summaries and health hazard evaluations
Drive ACP (Article Change process), coordinate material/product/packaging activities affecting the iQ assortment
Responsible for providing relevant information on article changes and technical support to markets, IDCs and manufacturing units
Provide logistic support to IDCs and BUs, e.g. phase in/out, return handling



Key Competencies
Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant experience
Strong communication skills both behavioral, written and verbal. A real people manager.
Good analytical skills and process improvement capabilities with the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
High reliability and quality focus
High engagement, motivation and flexibility
Good understanding of customer needs
Experience from support and/or service function working close with customers/consumers
Experience from working with Article Management is beneficial
Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.

It is desirable if you have knowledge of appropriate global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards, (such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, ISO14971, European Medical Device Directive (93/42/EEC), Canadian Medical Devices Regulation (SOR/98-282), Japanese MHLW Ordinance 169, but not a requirement.
